The aim of the District program is: To detect young talented U13 and U14 players and guide them in their further development. To introduce young promising coaches to top hockey under the guidance of a mentor and in close collaboration with the High Performance National staff. To introduce and coach young promising umpires to high level games under the guidance of umpire – coaches. We are currently looking for field coaches and goalkeeper coaches to join the District program 2025 - 2026.Key responsibilities Select in an objective and accurate way according to established District criteria Identify and develop the talents of target group to District standards Provide high quality training according to pre- defined District program Create a fun and learning environment with development as a central value Develop your own experience as a coach Skills and abilities Age requirement: 21 year Coaching experience: minimum of 4 years coaching experience with a Belgian Youth team (U14 – U19) or an equivalent international competition. Motivation personnelle, esprit d’équipe, respect, fair-play, engagement, modestie, mais aussi l’aspect fun sont des éléments importants du programme. Le programme U14 débute en septembre, le programme U13 en mars.Le concept est le même pour les 2 catégories d'âge: plus de 1000 jeunes U14 & U13 sont inscrits et envoyés par leurs clubs pour participer aux Selection trainings. La sélection est basé sur de critères objectifs que vous pouvez retrouver également dans le syllabus "Hockey4Life". Le tout encadré par un vaste staff District. Les 400 jeunes sélectionnés formeront les District Teams ( BLACK – BLUE – GREEN – RED – WHITE – YELLOW) et alterneront formations, entraînements, Camp Day et matches dans divers clubs de Belgique. Le tout est couronné par les Candriam District Days rassemblant en fin de saison les joueurs, le staff, les parents et supporters, les sponsors,… dans une ambiance compétitive, mais qui reste fun et où les comportements fair-play sont primordiaux. Le programme se concentre aussi sur des jeunes coaches prometteurs qui seront formés et guidés par des mentors vers le hockey de haut niveau. Il y a également le programme « Umpires 4District » qui se concentre sur des jeunes arbitres clubs ( - 25 ans) qui recevront des formations ( théorique et pratique) tout au long de la saison et qui arbitreront les matches District. Ceci sous le mentoring d’arbitres – coaches. A la fin de la saison ces jeunes arbitres passeront l’examen d’arbitre national et les meilleurs arbitres siffleront les matches lors des Candriam District Days. Vous envoyez le document à BELFIUS et vous gardez une copy pour votre dossier Durant et à la fin du traitement Vous informez votre mutuelle de l’accident sportif et en cas d’hospitalisation - si vous avez une assurance hospitalière - vous les en informez également.
